60-minute coach-led class offered 3 days a week. Focusing on functional movement using your balance, core, strength, agility, and endurance.
INTRO CLASSES
5 training sessions designed to introduce you to CrossFit movements safely. These sessions are for all fitness levels and are geared towards getting you comfortable for entering CrossFit classes. Sessions are scheduled based off your availability.
NUTRITION COACHING
Our nutrition coaches provide knowledge, guidance and accountability to help you build healthy habits that will lead you to your goals.
24/7 KEY FOB ACCESS
Gym access 24 hours a day 7 days a week with any unlimited or open gym membership.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Work one-on-one with a coach to create a program created specifically for you. Your program will be customized according to your abilities and lifestyle to maximize results.
KIDS SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
