CLASSESS

ON-RAMP 

Our 60-minute semi-private class is designed to safely introduce you to CrossFit and our foundational movements through five sessions. 

 

CROSSFIT

60 minutes of high intensity group training. This program includes a variety of scalable functional movements ranging from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and Olympic lifting. Programmed to improve body composition and to keep your body healthy and balanced

OPEN GYM

Provides athletes the opportunity to utilize our facility for their own programming.

NUTRITION COACHING

Customized nutrition program that is specifically designed for you, your lifestyle, and your goals.

ENDURANCE

60 minutes three times a week to build your engine. This class is centered on improving your work capacity using the rower, bike erg, ski erg, Assault Runner, Assault Bike and more. We maximize the use of your body and minimize the use of barbells for this hour.

24/7 ACCESS

Allowing members to have access to the gym at any time.

 

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING, PERSONAL TRAINING AND REMOTE COACHING

All athletes are different! Work one-on-one with a coach to create a program created specifically for you. Your program will be customized according to your abilities and lifestyle to maximize your results. Contact us for a personalized package.

CROSSFIT KIDS

30–60 minutes introducing fitness to our youth in a fun and challenging group setting. Ages 4–7 and 8–14.

 

JUNIOR ATHLETIC STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

45-60 minutes focusing on sports specific improvements, and overall development of better movement, balance, hand-eye coordination, strength, speed, agility and mobility.  We combine both strength and conditioning, with functional bodybuilding and accessory work thru a wide range of modalities to provide safe and functional strength improvement.  We will also look to improve overall health and wellness for teens looking for a fun way to stay fit.  (Select locations only and requires reservation in advance.)

MASSAGE THERAPY

Indulge in our in-house massage therapy services.  Our 1–2 hour sessions incorporate ashiatsu, deep tissue, cupping, manual therapy and other bodywork techniques that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

 

CHILD CARE

Enjoy your workout while one of our CPR certified staff members watch your children. (Select locations only.)
